The Charlotte Firefighters Association supports numerous charitable organizations including The Charlotte Fire Department Benevolent Fund, Muscular Dystrophy Association, NC Fallen Firefighters Foundation, American Lung Association Fight for Air Stair Climb, Firefighter Cancer Support Network, Joshua B. Earley Memorial Scholarship and The Newspapers in Education Program just to name a few.We have also made donations that have provided citizens of Charlotte with carbon monoxide detectors, informational brochures on fire safety, and educational materials that include fire safety/prevention activity books for the Charlotte Mecklenburg school system.
The Charlotte Fire Department Benevolent Fund was established to provide assistance to members of the Charlotte Fire Department or their immediate family members in the event of a family crisis, hardship, or emergency situations. The benevolent fund is a non-profit charitable organization. Fundamentally it is firefighters supporting firefighters.
Supporting the CFFA and the CFD Benevolent Fund is an excellent tool to reach a captive audience of active professionals, increase brand awareness, extend product exposure and drive sales.
